'The next meeting of the Badenoch and Strathspey Local History Group is on Tuesday, 10th April, at 7.30 p.m., in the Rothiemurchus and Aviemore Tennis Clubhouse. We welcome back one of our regular speakers, Norman  Newton, from Inverness. Norman’s talks are always well researched and presented and we look forward to hearing him again. You will all have visited the Victorian Market in Inverness and it is the subject of his talk, or rather the fire which destroyed it in 1889.'
