Messages from the Dead: Exploring Funerary Architecture and Symbolism in the Highlands of Scotland’

Talk by Lorraine Evans Postponed until later in the spring

We're very sorry but our scheduled talk by Lorraine Evans on ‘Exploring Funerary Architecture and Symbolism in the Scottish Highlands’, has had to be postponed until later this spring due to Covid. Instead we will have a series of short slideshows by people who have been involved in recording gravemarkers in Highland churchyards, illustrating some of the range at different sites. This will be followed by a short discussion on dos and don’ts when recording, and where you can find information work which has been done.

Bookings via EventBrite website (with links from the ARCH events calendar). Bookings will cap at 100, so book early, and please cancel if you can’t make it.
