Woodland Heritage Festival [Migdale]

The WOODLAND HERITAGE FESTIVAL organised by The Woodland Trust is a big event to mark the end of Heritage Lottery funded project 'People and Trees' run by the Woodland Trust at Ledmore and Migdale Wood. It is for all the family and activities will include woodland survival training with an expert, storytelling through the trees, planting of fruit trees, sausage sizzle plus much much more! 11am on Saturday 23rd April 2016. No booking necessary. Join us for a fabulous woodland celebration at Torroy!

The day will include:

ï‚· Unveiling of mosaics made by local schools

ï‚· Tree planting

ï‚· Woodland survival

ï‚· Storytelling

ï‚· Totem pole display

ï‚· Sausage sizzle and music

FREE and suitable for all ages and no booking necessary

Bring outdoor clothing

The event starts at 11am until 4pm
