Description:

A history of the flying boats in the Cromarty Firth 1913 to 1945 looking at both aircraft operations
John has had a lifelong interest in aircraft. He is an active supporter of the Inverness Aviation Museum and is currently working on the reconstruction of their latest acquisition in his spare time. He has as in depth knowledge of local aviation history second to none.
