MacDonalds of Waternish - a family and community history

 - Iona MacDonald

The MacDonalds of Waternish and Belfinlay were an old Highland family, closely connected to the chiefs of Clanranald and by marriage to most of the notable Hebridean families.
Regimental and family matters took them all over the world whilst at home their farming and other business ventures continued.
