The Centre for History is celebrating the publication of two new books by their staff: The British Army in Scotland and North America, 1745-1775 by Nicola Martin and Death and the Royal Succession in Scotland c. 1214 – c. 1543: Ritual, Ceremony and Power by Lucy Dean.

This will be followed by an opportunity for you to discuss these exciting new pieces of research with their authors or learn about the journey from research to publication. Please note that the introductions by Dr Dean and Dr Martin will be recorded, but the discussion won’t.
